Restaurant on site was good with decent but not great Margherita pizza and many other choices. Didn't bother me much since I was so tired - shut door and couldn't hear it then.

Almost like it sounded like it came from the roof. The second one was that there was an intermittent loud vibrating sound in the bathroom that I could not identify. There were a couple of odd things - the elevator smelled like celery (really!) - now it may have been a metal smell but that's how I interpreted it. The second visit I knew which side to ask for. With no hesitation they agreed to switch my room to an odd numbered room double queen bedroom overlooking valley on the top floor. First time I learned that you do not want an even numbered king bed room facing the freeway unless you like to hear traffic. Stayed here twice this month - Once on way to San Diego and once going back to Phoenix. The gentleman cleaning in the mornings does a fantastic job and plays a big part in one of my most enjoyed stays. Again, very very nice hotel and we will be back.

It means alot to me when people reach out to notice and are accomidating to people from all walks of life. I thought it was a nice gesture and I appreciate his thoughtfulness. The manager of the hotel checked on me during my stay while I was waiting at the front desk and at the pool in the morning. Staff came and went delivering towels but did not address the overcrowding and music. Most of the party left through the parking lot but some of the party went into the hotel. One complaint that there was a party in the jaccuzi blasting Spanish music although the hotel played music it was overshadowed by the loud music of the party of approximately 10 to 15 in the jacuzzi. The pool was a cut above with lounges, beds, tv, and heated. The room was spacious including a microwave, fridge, and coffe maker. We ate at the restaurant attached and the food and service was great. This was our first time staying at this hotel.
